Group raps Hinchey over change of heart on Cantine Dam viewing

SAUGERTIES — A group seeking to assure that a proposed $6.8 million conference center does not prohibit viewing the Esopus Creek falls at the Cantine Dam contends U.S. Rep. Maurice Hinchey does not have the same regard for public access as part-owner of the project as he did before making the purchase in 2002.
