Greene County lawmakers adopt 2013 budget, 2.7 percent tax levy hike

CATSKILL, N.Y. – Greene County legislators Wednesday night adopted a 2013 county budget that will increase the property tax levy by 2.7 percent, which is within a state-mandated property tax cap.
